How do I add a team member?

To add a team member follow the below steps:

  1. go to My Acount > Memberships > Subscriptions
  2. On this section you’ll see a link as ‘Sub-Account’ click on the link
  3. Add your subaccounts via email or share the direct link provided

 

How do I change my password?

To change your password follow the below steps:

  1. Go to My Acount
  2. Go to Profle
  3. Go to Update Password

How do I change my payment details?

To add a team member follow the below steps:

  1. Go to My Acount > Memberships > Subscriptions
  2. You will see an “update” link option in their account page
  3. Clicking that update link will allow them to enter their new card details. ​ ​

 

I can't login, what do I do?

If you are unable to access your account, try resetting your password using the ‘Forgt Password’ link in the login page.
